Moto X Camera App Download:
The Moto X Camera App has leaked, just days after the Android 4.3 camera was leaked. Just when we thought we had our fair share of Moto X leaks and rumors, we have the working Camera app that is supposed to be running on the upcoming device.
The Moto X Camera App was posted by Android Police, and it is almost fully functional, but the double-flick wrist gesture doesn’t work. You can tap the screen once to take a picture and press and hold to take a burst shot, with no limit whatsoever on the number of shots.
As of now, Panorama mode crashes the Moto X Camera App, Slow Motion Mode and HDR are both disabled and cannot be enabled. Other than that, it seems to be working. The UI is quite minimalistic, much like the AOSP Android app, and does not boast any bonus features like the Sense and TouchWiz counterparts do.
The Moto X Camera app does seem to take some great photos, as in the example below, and has some very nice features to boast. However some of the features in the newly leaked Moto X Camera app come as standard, but on various devices. What the Moto X Camera app seems to do is bring all of the great features, from the various camera apps that are already available and rolls them into one great camera.
If you are using a Motorola Phone, unfortunately you cannot install and use it, but on any other device (And if you are running an AOSP ROM on a Motorola device), you can simply install the Camera App like a normal App, and use it alongside your normal one, it will however use the AOSP Camera Icon and name, so you could be confused.
Update: The download links we’re removed, but some kind folk in the comments provided this link.
