Barely There Case for HTC One X by Case-Mate;
We have been given a Barely There Case from Case-Mate by the team at MobileFun. Mobile fun are probably one of the biggest, if not the biggest provider of mobile accessories. If like me, you go out and get yourself a brand spanking new device such as the HTC One X, which when I picked it up were at around £590. You then leave the shop all excited, get home as fast as you can and get it out of the packaging. After about 10 minutes you realise “I need a case”, let me tell you MobileFun is for you ! The shipping is brilliant, often arriving the day after purchase ! So if you’re in that situation, MobileFun is definitely a good choice for you.
Black Barely There Case for HTC One X; Feel:
The Barely There case for HTC One X from Case-Mate is a joy to feel, it’s so smooth when you rub your finger over it lightly, upon first touch my immediate though was “this isn’t going to be a very grippy case” well it is, although very smooth to the touch, once you take a hold of it and apply some pressure, the case just has a certain sort of grip to it, that just comes from no where. As the “Barely There” name suggests it almost feels like your holding the device alone, and doesn’t intrude much on the phones feel. It almost feels the same as the uni-body to the HTC One X, so again the Barely There case for HTC One X is a good choice if you’re wanting to keep the elegance and aesthetically pleasing elements to your HTC One X.
Black Barely There Case for HTC One X; Look:
This is a very visually pleasing case, there’s certain parts to it that just give it a professional look, such as the little “CASE – MATE” down the side, that gives it an expensive feel, which suits the expensive device that is the HTC One X. It also looks nice with the white HTC One X, which I’m surprise at, the cut-outs and ports show the white parts of your HTC One X, and the black and white just compliment each other nicely. The bottom and top of the Barely There case for HTC One X are essentially a full cut-out, leaving the whole device’s bottom and top showing, which does look very nice but may not bode well when(if) your drop your HOX.
Black Barely There Case for HTC One X; Strength:
The Barely There Case for HTC One X feels a very sturdy case. It doesn’t bend much when you pick it up which some of the cheaper alternatives do, giving you a sense of premium protection. When you place your HTC One X in it, the strength of its grasp is unbelievable, and I had a hard job (with 1 broken nail) trying to get my device out of it. We have all had that case that just pops off when you drop your device, meaning that it’s not much of a case at all! Not with the Barely There case for HTC One X!. There is only a slight lip around the device, which looks good but depending on how you place your device on a surface, it may not be a good idea to place it screen down. That said, the prominent camera on the HTC One X also looks as though it would be touching the surface rather than the case itself, but lets not forget this is a “Barely There” case.
